*Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in an outdoor race involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, course conditions, and natural obstacles. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this Event.

*Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless [Event Organizer], [Sponsoring Organizations], [Venue], and all affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in this Event.

*Medical Consent

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during the Event. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

*Photo & Media Release

I grant permission to [Event Organizer] and its affiliates to use my name, likeness, photographs, or videos taken during the Event for promotional, advertising, or other lawful purposes without compensation.

Minors (If Applicable)

If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and agree to all terms in this waiver on the minor’s behalf.

*General Terms

I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable, and the Event may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge that this waiver is intended to be as broad as permitted by law, and if any portion is held invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in full effect.
